The Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra is probably going to have a triple-rear camera unit with 50 megapixels.

Following the discovery of its design and specifications in the most recent ROG 8 firmware update earlier this month, the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra has resurfaced online. More design renders have surfaced this time, maintaining the same aesthetic and a few of the previously leaked color schemes. Additionally, the model was seen with some indications about its processor and RAM on a benchmarking website. Although this model has not yet been formally announced by Asus, it is anticipated to go on sale concurrently with the entry-level Asus Zenfone 11, which is anticipated to replace the Zenfone 10.

The Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra was shown in design renders shared by tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks). The phone was shown in black, blue, orange, and silver color options; according to an earlier leak, these might be marketed as Skyline Blue, Eternal Black, Desert Sienna, and Misty Gray, respectively. This newer set of images lacked the green shade that was visible in the previous leak.

Nonetheless, the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra’s design is reminiscent of the phones from the earlier leak, featuring glossy ridges on the rear panel in addition to an elevated, rectangular camera module that can house three sensors and an LED flash unit. The top right corner features the ‘Asus Zenfone’ branding engraved vertically next to the camera island. We can also see the front panel of the alleged phone, which has a flat screen with incredibly thin bezels and a hole-punch slot in the middle at the top to accommodate the front camera. On the right side of the phone are the volume rockers and power button.

Additionally, the ASUS Zenfone 11 Ultra, model number ASUS_AI2401_H, was spotted on Geekbench (via Nashville Chatter). According to the listing, the phone is expected to run Android 14 and be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with 16GB of RAM. The phone received a score of 2,226 on the single-core test and 6,949 on the multi-core test.

According to specs leaked previously, the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra might have a 6.78-inch full-HD (2,400 x 1,080 pixels) Samsung flexible AMOLED LTPO screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, with the ability to reach 144Hz in Game Genie mode. Additionally, it was predicted to come with up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 onboard storage and up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM.

In terms of optics, the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra might have a 32-megapixel RGBW sensor for the front camera, a 13-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel IMX890 primary sensor with a wide-angle lens and OIS support for the back. Additionally, a 5,500mAh battery that supports 65W wired and 15W wireless charging has been tipped for the handset.
