Improved sleep management
Samsung says the One UI 5 Watch will focus on understanding sleep patterns, developing healthy habits and creating an optimized sleep environment for users to sleep.

This feature allows users to select heart rate zones to suit their goals and exercise.

Advanced security features
The One UI 5 Watch also has improved user security features, including an Emergency SOS feature. In an emergency, if the user presses the home button on the Galaxy Watch five times in a row, it will automatically call an emergency number such as 119. In addition, the operating system provides a button on the Galaxy Watch screen that allows users to directly access medical information during an emergency call to an emergency number.
The One UI 5 Watch will be tested in a beta program later this month in the US and South Korea via the Samsung Members app for Galaxy Watch 5 Series and Galaxy Watch 4 Series users.
